Well that sucks

Hi everyone! After more than 7 months of waiting for an approval i can finally say.. Im so tired of waiting lol. i want to be approved already but the wait continues.....I havent done a service request or an e request. I have tried giving them a call but it wont let me talk to anyone? can someone please tell me how to talk to a level 2 officer, what commands do i have to type once i call the 1 800 number.. And can you tell me how your call went, thanks, Another Dreamer..

I'm so frustrated and disappointed! The beginning of the week was so promising with December approvals and it gave me hope! I don't know why, I need to put this out of my mind and I'm sure then it will happen it's just so hard when it's been so long!

I have spoke with my lawyer and she called uscis where they are telling her right now uscis processing february 4th applications so told me to wait in 30 days for my case updates. It never showed up as of now and every time i go uscis shows no case found or telling me to check receipt. I didnt do service request because lawyer told me not to do now just wait 30 days. Hope i get something soon..
