I'm thinking about simply walking to my ASC (field office) and see if I can speak to someone. I haven't been able to make an appointment in the last month. Has anyone done a walk-in infopass appointment?
I'm on the same boat. Fortunately, I got a response from NILC to submit my info. I already have that and a letter to congressman. Hopefully something will help. Don't give up! Keep praying!

Another email I from nilc:

Hi,

Would you mind clarifying some information for me?

You mentioned your DACA renewal application was sent in February. Online, your case status states that your DACA renewal application was received by USCIS in April 2016. The ideal window period to apply for DACA is 120-150 days before your current DACA expires which means your application must have been received by February 23, 2016 in order for your application to be adjudicated timely. Do you know why it says April 21st online?

Just followed the above instructions and can see my renewal application. A bit amusing that they also scanned the USPS priority mail envelope I sent it in.

I sincerely hope you got that customer service reps ID number and contact the Ombudsman's office to report him.

Coming from a customer service back ground, i find this is unacceptable. I understand these are entry level, lower tier reps - yet we are the end customer ($500 a pop paid for this process) and should at the very least expect professionalism.

That being said, i would recommend calling again several times and trying to reach an immigration officer AKA their managers, so that you can speak with them. I had some luck with this last year when i needed advance parole and the five customer service reps i spoke with muddled it. Finally a week prior to flying out (for work mind you) i was able to escalate and the immigration officer came through.

my two cents
rant over, back to lurking.

I HIGHLY doubt this will cause an RFE. What are they going to ask for? If you submitted your current EAD and state ID/DL that is all the evidence they would need.
