^TSC, I filed an expedite request thursday, was denied friday, and approved late Monday. Maybe it helped? Idk and Idc, I can relax now.

I also emailed the ombudsman 2-3 weeks ago, idk if u have done that yet.

Inicial DACA & EAD expires on 7/8/15.

I sent in my renewal request yesterday 4/30/15. Had a lawyer do it.
I'm really stressed and worried about it not getting approved on time. i missed my 120 day window, had a lot to deal with; my wife got diagnosed with a autoimmune disease. Have been in and out doctors office and hospital. I cannot afford to lose my job because of this. I'm the only one with a job at this point. What can i do to help speed up the process. I was such a dope for not getting this application in on time and now i stand to lose my job and only means of financial support for family. PLEASE HELP any advice will be greatly appreciated.

how did you request you EDA and DACA expedited. I can really use some help mine will expire in 9 week and i may lose my job and only means of financial support for my family

Call USCIS hotline and ask them to expedite it due to financial hardship, they will deny you, but maybe that'll get your case noticed.
