I don't blame you. I've been doing it for the past few months. I don't regret a single word I said. There are people still waiting from August-October. It's not fair. I understand this program is a privilege, but its a privilege paid in full.

what can i use for june 15th 2012 presence ? . um i made a payment that night to the courts , i sent in the receipt but i guess it didnt have my name so its why they saw it as insufficient , however since that payment was made to the clerk of the superior court , i just went down there and had them print out when they received that payment , the receipt they gave me dates that they received the payment on "6/22/2012" . but includes my case # , "payer name" and the check # . pretty much the same number i sent them that they saw as insufficient , i am planning on resending that since they match and the new receipt i have includes my name the clerk of the superior court and the check number which both seem to match up , ill be sending in both , the one that originaly shows that i made that payment on "6/15/2012" , that doesnt include my name only amount and check # and the new receipt they just gave me , my question is , is that sufficient ? ., i also had them printed out the previous payment before that , and one after , they are

I remember that my packet was less than 15 pages in total.

The closest date i had to June 15th was June 18 or 19 can't remember now but it was around that range.

hmm they received it june 22nd "7 days later" , this is a different receipt , a receipt from the clerk of superiors court which shows my name , and check/case # that match up to the payment i made on 6/15/2012 , my lawyers assistant said it was enough and that she would explain to them what was going on , however i decided to hold back and wait to see if i can gather anything else , your guys thoughts ? , enough not enough ?

In my opinion it should be enough but it doesn't hurt to put something else if you find it.

it looks like it should be strong evidence since this was printed from the clerk of the superior court , it has all their info my name case# check # and received date , she said it should do but ill try to find anything else , prolly dig up a car insurance bill where im included

Todo i didn't even know you got an RFE when did you get it? and only for the June 15th date?

yeah tuesday morning , i received it , and well , my lawyer called me and told me what it was today , pretty much june 15th , and um thats all she said but when i walked in today she asked for my id , i guess the photos we sent werent enough , so i gave er my license , when she handed me a copy of the rfe papers it said , identification , presence of june 15th , but it also has continous residence 2012 ? , its weird , the assistant said no just for june 15th 2012 , ill still end up gathering info for that year

nope no affidavits , my bro sent in mostly affidavits and got approved quickly
