The only year i was scared to get an RFE after such a long wait was for 2010 i literally only had 1 bank statement for that year apart from that though i had been to Immigration Court that year so i think that had to pop in their system.

its pretty clear butters like the receipts they gave me have their name , "clerk of the superior court" acknowledging that they received my payment , so um idk how else clear it can get ? lol , ehh im thinking too hard now , i also had them print out a full history of payments i made out to them thru 2012 so that should cover it up , plus im guessing it will be in full sheet of paper as to just simple having the receipts , i feel confident tho

i made payments thru out 2012 , so i should have it covered , their suppose to mail them to me by next week . so ill have that in hand , i dont get how they would rfed someone after being out on bail from ice ? , its like were literally not allowed to leave the country , hmm , uscis

Write an affidavit explaining what you were doing on June 15th and get it notarized. I volunteered at a hospital for the summer of 2012, which means I didn't really have a solid proof of what I was doing then. So I got a letter from the hospital and wrote an affidavit to support it. Also, if you have bank statements from June 2012, I'd include that.

no bank statements at all , someone mentioned i should notarized the receipts i have so ill be looking to do that on monday , and just gather anything up regarding that date , facebook posts etc.

Yeah FB works also, i remember back when DACA opened up alot of those old members mentioned they put that.

thats what my lawyer mentioned as well , as i was leaving in the parking lot i seen em there and he mentioned that , so definetely will be including that , probably the only problem with that would be my name , its a letter differential between my real name and what i use , hopefully doesnt make a difference , but definitely stacking up evidence

Im still waiting for my case to be updated either IN Review or Something....i cant do service request or nothing. Asked lawyer but was told by the USCIS that some case on DACA doesnt shows status before Approval and told to wait up to a month. R there any DACA applicant had samething like i have right now? When checking status shows Case not found and shows to call CS center. Weird....Status since Feb 22nd 2013....
