Nope...uscis said we have your case but it wont show status elike many daca case...

hmm their probably just late on updating it , what does lawyer say ? ., theyll eventually figure it out , whatever is going on

If it's any help, there was also a few peeps at the beginning of DACA that had "Case not found" it's nothing new really. I remember some lasted almost a month like that and others more than 1 month.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. When this happened to me I went online to do some research & dig up some info. It wasn't just daca cases, there are other immigration case numbers that don't appear when the receipt number is typed in. My I-765 was in "case not found" until the day I was approved. Yours probably hasn't been updated yet to reflect its' status.

Thank you guys. Much appreciated for your help. Now i feel little bit happy. Actually this was happened ever since i received receipt from uscis. After bio same thing and week ago spoke with lawyer where they called uscis and was told them by agent that some daca case status not updating not till before approval. Uscis told them to check back again within 1 month where it will show some status. I hope it does and will check back again.

Is there anyone who got denied and reapply and got appoved???

i was just able to gather our lease rental agreement which is from 9/01/2011 - 9/30/2012 where my name is included as "additional occupant" , this should perfectly cover up 2012 right ?

um so far that i know not really , are you afraid of getting denied or did u get denied ?

Not yet. I was just curious, I call uscis Tuesday and they send me e-mail saying it's pending at VSC. Not this coming Tuesday I'm gonna E-mail Director of Uscis. So I was just wondering they gonna get mad and just denied my file. so i won't keep bugging them. but i'm gonna do it, I do not care what happens.
