I'm 5'2-5'3 ish and Stars and I have the same measurements and I'm not fat [at least I don't THINK I am..lol].

No, in all honesty, I personally like ladies that have more than skin and bones. But 5'2"-5'3" and 36-24-36 is borderline between looking "overweight" and not looking "overweight". The more scientific and more accurate measure for a person's weight is the Body Mass Index. But in terms of outward appearance, 5'2"-5'3" with 36-24-36 is borderline.
Having said that, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So you may be overweight to vain, hyper-weight-sensitive women but to most guys you'd look really good.
