Delayed EAD notifications/card 2016 - Page 21

So on my USPS tracking number it says delivered to a PO box.. I have no P.O. box and nothing is in the mail.
Has anyone had this same issue? I am trying not to freak out.

Call the UPS see if they can give you more information

Yeah of course they gave me tracking over the phone and said it SHOULD BE delivered on 1st of september but tracking is showing it stuck at destribution center. Apparently they sent my letter for approval on the 10th of august but i never got that either! So thats 2 things are that crappy place thats stuck there and they wont look for it. I filed 2 claims. I just need my i765 approval to get my liscence i dont care for the card

yeah of course i did that too and after many weeks they said they lost it lol like the letter said we cant find the item and its not ups but usps which sucks ....uscis said i have to wait to hear from the service request i put in...they should tell be by the 27th....I put it on the 12th....Tier 2 told me its not my fault but its not their fault either and i have to be ready to give them money again to get a new one with the chance they dont lose that either -_- Im going to keep calling until I get a nice response lol A tier 1 put in the service request for me to an officer and resend and was so sweet but another told me to repay like um no dont like that answer lol

This cycle feels like a hamster wheel. Every step of the way is a proper struggle and outside ofour control . Smh. They lose the card, and you pay again? Folks complaining re immigration just need a glimpse of this service.

Just called for a Tier 2; it's 133 minutes waiting time. The Tier 1 just sees the same BASIC case status. I can't.

Let me know what you hear from your tier 2 officer. Your case and mine are very similar. The tier 2 officer for me from yesterday told me my card wasnt mailed out yet amd is still in production
