But last Saturday I got a letter in the mail telling me I'm "pending adjudication"?

I think they might have flagged your case for something, that is just what it sounds to me like, otherwise they wouldn't make you wait so long without a "real" response.

I really don't know what's going on? I just contacted my congressman also my lawyer and emailed [email protected] .

Hello everyone! I just wanted to let you all know that my sister and I checked our cases this evening and our cards have gone into production. We have the same timeline and both of our cases were handled at Nebraska.

To all those still waiting, especially for 6+ months, I feel for you and hope that you guys get approved soon. It feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders, and I want you guys to feel the same thing.

I just sis my biometrics yesterday 09/19/2013 and now I guess the waiting begins.... :/ I am so excited, I can just imagine the joy when I see the approval letter.... I see most cases are being handled rather quickly..... 4/5 months and in some cases even faster.... Im staying possitive!!!

Let see how it goes I have my bio appt for next Friday 9/27/13. I tried to do a Walk in today but was out of luck!!!

I do not understand how this works, where is Edward Snowden when you nee him seriously. I got the same response and I am 4 days from 1 year. I did not think i needed background check I have had 4 visas approved before i expired in 2009. I did not think it would take a year. Why freaking whyyy?
