So from what i've read, they check the evidence after you get your biometrics. If its taking longer for your case than the usual amount, does that mean something could have gone wrong in the evidence section. And if so, would they let you know via e-mail/text message or just snail mail?

They'll update your case status if they want additional evidence (RFE), and they'll send you a letter.

The process is supposed to take between 3 and 6 months, so don't worry about it yet.

I received my Bio letter today along with the three I-797C letters.
They all arrived today.

My time line
Mailed on USPS Priority with Certified on : Sep-19th-12
USPS Screwed the schedule and Delivered on : Sep-24th-12
G-1145 Text message only (No E-Mail received) : Sep-26th-12
Three I-797C Letters including Bio Appointment : Sep-29th-12
Bio Appointment Scheduled : Oct-24th-12
Planning to Walk in : Oct-1st-12

I have a question about one of the I-797C letters.
This one notice says,
"Please verify your personal information listed above and immediately notify the USCIS National Customer Service Center at the phone number listed below if there are any changes."
Is this sentence telling me to contact USCIS and let them know that the address written on the notice is correct? or is it just telling me to contact them if something is wrong the above information or the address happens to change?

Finally got My RFE and definitely not as serious as i thought. Just need to make a correction on my application. Its was a pretty dumb mistake but no worries.
