I have not heard anything! I really need to start working again. I got expenses and its not easy! They have said since the longest they are on 11/17/14 cases but I bet they are lying :/

Honestly I think doing it through a lawyer might have helped because I know USCIS has to send notices to the lawyer representing you, letting know if your case got approved or not. So I think it might put more pressure on them when they see that the case was sent by a lawyer especially when they're so backed up. This might or not be true but just my opinion especially because Texas is telling people that they are in November when I applied I'm January and my card was already mailed to me. Doesn't make sense. Don't lose hope, I have a friend that applied by himself early in December and he still hasn't been approved. He's from Chicago sent to Texas so you guys are not alone.

Still no update!! My friend who applied 2 months ago received her renewal already from Nebraska, my case status still just says that my case was received in going to try to call again either to
Oreos or Wednesday, praying It does not go past this month (

Passed the 3 month mark on May 18th. I've contacted the Ombudsman, Hotline and local congressman rep office. She said she will try to expedite it, sent her supporting documents showing my job offer letter. No response so far. Will be calling to check in with her again tomorrow. Hopefully I will get approved this week as I am supposed to start my job Monday, and that will be just around my 3.5 month mark.

Has anyone who sent in their application after 2/18/15 gotten approved??

Update! I just received a text to Che k my USCIS case online and online its says "On May 26th 2015 we ordered your new card to be processed and will mail it to your address"

So I'm guessing I am approved!! Because my card is being made!!!
