Dang I honestly feel bad for you guys because I dont know what i would do if i was on you guys shoes.

I'm glad i got approval in a total of three months. But I really needed it, my father died so i am basically the man of the house and we need to pay rent. And i was having my GF drive me to work, i do landscaping, and everything was getting out of hand. Hopefully this week I can take the written test for the license.

I know you guys wana drive and work, but if you're in a better position than me, and don't need to worry that much, just keep being more patient. Approval will get there soon.

Hey guys, I barely write on here but I constantly read things that people post. I wanted to let you know I got a similar response from the USCIS. HOWEVER, mine says 30 days instead of the 90 day waiting period I saw someone else mention.

USCIS received my petition on February 26th (Nebraska) It has been more than 6 months (almost 7). I applied for service request because it was outside the normal 6 months processing time and here is the email I received 4 days ago...

"The status of this service request is:

Recently, you contacted USCIS concerning your Form I-821D application. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Based on your request we have researched the status of this case and Service records indicate that we are actively processing it, however we have to perform additional review, which has caused a longer processing time. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 30 days of the date of this message, you may call the customer service telephone number 800-375-5283.

We hope this information is helpful to you."

Same thing I got when I called them about my case. Then by the end of the week I got an email stating I was getting an RFE. Have since sent that off. Now waiting on final decision. Hopefully I get approved by the end of the week since I have a traffic court this Friday.

Same response as well. I am getting furious about all of this. It is gonna be a year since I applied for Daca.
Here is what I have done so far.
1. 5 service requests by calling customer service.
2. Went to my Congressman 3 months ago.
3. Emailed Mr. Mayorkas who then forwarded my email to Patrick Lujan.

The same exact response as everyone here. There is absolutely nothing complicated about my case. I have never been arrested, sued or neither do I have a common name. I'm tired of the same cookie cutter answer.
