Hi there. New to this site. Just wanted to say that after waiting so long to apply (late to the party, I know), I finally did in November of last year. I finally got approved just a few days ago, and now I am just waiting for my EAD to arrive in the mail. I never got a lawyer as I didn't need one, the application was pretty straight forward, I do have to say that the waiting felt like a killer. My brother who did apply 2 years ago is waiting for his renewal to go through... I should have applied when he did, but for some reason I was scared to, now I see how silly that was!

Anywho, just wanted to say Hi, hope to be a part of something that is a whole lot bigger then me, and to enjoy input and what not as to what steps to take after this, thanks everybody!

I used a lawyer for sending my application in due to an underage drinking charge when i was in high school and a driving without a license charge. (Young and dumb) Hopefully it wont take too long

... I feel like I have lived a secluded life, when everyone needed a lawyer for some sort of rapsheet, and here I am, all clean cut and 32!!!! I never even tried elicit drugs!!! lol, to late now, gonna fly straight as an arrow

I received my EAD Today!!! I am excited! Time to make some changes in my life... I would say that, but I still need to wait to get my SS# (mail arrived after SSA was closed :/)

... I got a tracking number AFTER usps delivered my EAD... they are evil!!!!!! lol

I got approved on the 6th. The EAD card arrived on the 11th. But I have not received non of the notices that says I'm approved. Should I be worry they got lost in the mail or not yet? On the initial DACA I first received the notices, and next day the actual ead.
