Im in your same situation meaning I have a previous record...that really sucks.

and today they replied with that. I hope i hear something soon......hope we both get approved ASAP

Hopefully the RFE its not for that and only for something else like you miss to show evidencd during some period of time that you can easely reply to.
If indeed its due to your record, go to your local police dpt and have them produce a copy of your arrest form maybe that could help.
