This is my first time here.
I applied for my DACA application back in April 13, 2015 and by the end of May , I did the biometric. However, since then, I tried to check my case status online and it was always saying something like this:

"On April 13, 2015, we received your Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, Receipt Number and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by May 13, 2015, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address'

Is it how the online case statuses normally are or is it just mine? I am really scared that somethings may have gone wrong with my applications

That's normal man don't worry. Mine's been sayin that since February 11

Hey guys just as i thought it was for my juvi arrest. Since i had a gut feeling thats what it was i rushed to LA archives hoping and praying that they had found my file.
I got there put in my file request told them how it was lost and how i put in a request to find it 3 years ago. I waited preparing for the worst. THEY HAD IT . I thanked the lady and called her my angel. got my court paper were it said the charge and that the "jurisdiction was terminated" delivered it to my lawyer once he told me that in fact it was for my arrest.
Yesterday i got an email that USCIS got my RFE. now i keep waiting.....

This is my 6th month of wait...hopefully I hear something this month

make sure to put in a service request after 6 months, im sure i'd still be waiting if i hadnt. fingers crossed for the both of us!

Hey guys I just wanted to share with you all that I finally got my first DACA approval. It took them 8 months since my application was filed. Two days ago I decided to put in the service request and they got back to me today saying that my case had been approved today!!! I guess if you're waiting more than 6 months putting in a service request is like a reminder for the USCIS to move your case along. Hang in there for those of you guys that are still waiting.

Did you applied with a lawyer?
