About he other tickets you got cuz LA hates you (lol) are they under your name? Like is the car under your name? If yes they will pop out and are probably going to make u pay them before giving you your license

My card came 8 days after I applied. You can just make an appointment at the DMV in the meantime

id expect it as early as a week, i got mine in 9 days :P waiting on physical DL
i got both so i can use dl for secondary id or w/e
