You think republicans are just going to attach USA Act to a CR? The only way we get anything is if its part of a BUDGET bill, not a CR.

House Dems are being called back into meeting!!! they got a read of something going on in the Senate! on CNN.

Pelosi will brief members. they thought they will be out of town by then.

speculation is that they will be voting on a diff version the senate is considering.

1st sign of life in hours. McConnell trying to get deal to set up 10 pm et procedural vote to break filibuster on Hse-passed CR. Nothing locked in. Needs 60 yeas. Unless there is deal, that procedural vote would occur, by rule, at 1 am et Satruday, ONE HOUR after gov't shuts down @ChadPergram

Well Mulvaney and Short were bitching about there not being a bill and not knowing what the Dems wanted so who knows. Plus why should we act like the weak here and ask for something small when Meadows wanted Shitlatte’s bill in the CR?

Shitlatte bill is just poison pill. It was never meant to pass, GOP planned to use it to say, on look we tried, it didn't work, oh well cya!
