Received by USCIS: October 1st 2015
Bio October 27 2015
Approval January 27, 2016

Old EAD expires 3/21/2016

118 days from renewal DACA pack received by USCIS until Approval

Hi which uscis center did you have? Mine was transferred to Nebraska.

Well I called about my case today, I know you have to wait at least 105 days to inquire or something like this is posted on the current daca renewal guideline, regardless I called to inquire, basically the USCIS customer service I talked to just asked whether I had completed my fingerprint scan, which I answered yes. I was asked whether this was the first time calling, yes, overall was just told to wait to hear back. It is getting tougher to wait this renewal out, as I don't want it to lapse, I still applied 4 months prior to expiration.

Biometrics: December 23, 2015
Approval: Still waiting

My permit expires on April 13, which should be more than enough time to be processed. I did not leave the country, get any tickets or arrested, or had any major changes in my life (besides graduating with a BBA).

The worst part? My workplace has been emailing me every two weeks or so in regards the expiration of my EAD...and the really worse, I'm job hunting and I do not want this to be a problem.

For those who got their DACA's first... like myself... My EAD expires September of this year, this will be my second renewal, when do we RENEW?

Same. I'm going to assume we need to do it sometime in June, 3 months before our exp date. Anyone know if there are changes to the forms?

Mine expires in early Sept. I'm planning to renew in April.

Are there new forms out though, since I remember seeing the old forms expiring in 2016 or something.
