Anyone got approved in the months of NOV / DEC 2017?
Hey, I have the same expiration date! My renewal application was received Oct. 5th (sent it way too close to the deadline). I did Biometrics late October. I just got approved on 01/05/2018 -- exactly 3 months after the case was received. I was getting really anxious and nervous but I stopped checking the status every day and randomly just decided to check on it, and it had just gotten approved. Just have a bit of faith. The last time I renewed they took so long that my EAD actually expired but since my application was already in, my lawyer said I should be fine. Then, a few days later, I got approved and was able to renew DL and get back to work.

Cheers,

Just got off the phone with a tier 1 agent. He said all initial Daca apps are in Nebraska and that they last reported they were processing May 2017 applications.

Speaking with tier 1 is useless. Actually when I spoke with tier 2 it was also useless.

If it has been over 105 days since you sent in your application, follow other steps here:

I see. Yes it may take longer, I'm not sure. But my second renewal took longer than my initial application and my first renewal. So you just never know.

Check out that link I sent you. It may apply for initial requests as well.

That I will. I can see it has a ton of information on it. Thank you very much.

stay strong. i applied for a renewal back in early september and did biometrics mid october.

i called two weeks ago and was told the same load of crock about nebraska being delayed from early may applications. my ead just got approved yesterday.

i also did the 105 day pending request which didn't do anything. they just sent me an email saying that nebraska was taking care of applications based on expiration order. i think this is also some bs.

yesterday would mark 130 days pending. i put a ombudsman request two weeks back. not sure if that did anything though. i don't think it would hurt to try though.

good luck and stay strong.

Did you look up your congress person and contacted them? That was what helped me the most. They called me to get more info and contacted USCIS for me. I got approved less than a week later.

I always see this advice thrown around. How exactly did you do this? I filled out a contact me form for my congresswoman but it was a very cookie-cutter style form. That was at least 60 days ago and I never received so much as a template response from her.

How exactly would you recommend us to contact. Phone? Walk in? I've never really contacted a politician so excuse my ignorance.
