[quote=pepe29;565409]I received Rfe Feb 18. Sent it back to Nebraska and they received it on Feb 23. Until this day no reply . I called and they said that after you reply to Rfe. There is a 60 day waiting period. I applied for renewal Sept 29. 2015 and still waiting. The first time (2012)my case was processed in Vermont within 2 months this is my second time my case gets processed in Nebraska. I think they are the worst of all offices

I resubmitted my application after withdrawal hoping that my new case would be processed in Vermont but again I am going through the exact same problem two applications two years and still nothing

I'm sorry. They honestly are the worst service center. I called the USCIS and they just give me the run around. I don't think they understand how they have such an impact on peoples lives.

It's just frustrating to see approvals while we wait, and have our worst fears happen: no renewal before our EAD expiration date.

I feel like you should have gotten yours by now. Did you get a RFE? Don't trust the website for processing times .Its incorrect.

Have you guys ever heard of any stories where you used the advance parole document to travel to a different country than the one you were approved for?

No, and I honestly don't see why I would get one. I didn't travel outside the country, I did not commit or got convicted or arrested for any type of crimes, I worked, I paid taxes, I finished my bachelor degree...

I just hope that it doesn't take as long as when I first got approved, a whole freaking year.
