O.o Damn.

Could it be? Another week about to go by...

So it looks like there are a good amount of people getting their EADs approved before the DACA.. my question is, has anyone seen anyone who's gone past 90 days waiting for their EAD to be approved? It's about to be day 81 for me, and I've seen some day 89s, never any longer than that though.

The only reason the I-765 gets approved before the I-821D is because the adjudicator has already verified that their I-821D will be approved.

The 90 day wait for the I-765 doesn't apply to us because we first need to be approved for the I-821D

I see, but obviously no one has been waiting for more than 90 days due to 11/15 being the 90 day mark.. I'm nearing 90 days and was just hoping it'd give me some concrete idea of when to expect something. Fairly hard to look at the first page of DACA approvals where the average is more or less 1 month :[

My brother and I sent our applications in at the same time and our biometrics were on the same day. He got approved 11/1 and got his card 11/5 (I was green with envy lol). My case on the other hand is still stuck on "Initial Review."

No Cali approvals today?

I hope they see that my bday's comin up next week. Lol.
