Who is filing for renewal this week? - Page 23

Grrr i didnt send a copy of the injunction letter and didnt provide a copy of i94. I did it in intial but renewals never gave i94, is that required?

Copy of the injunction letter is not required.

I-94 is required (if you have one) per I-765 instuctions PDF (Pg 13):
If you are mailing your application to USCIS, you must also submit:
A) A copy of Form I-94, Arrival-Departure Record (front and back), if available. If you are filing Form I-765 under
the (c)(9) category, Form I-94 is not required.

B) A copy of your last EAD (front and back)

C) You must submit two identical color photographs of yourself taken within 30 days of filing your application.
The photos must have a white to off-white background, be printed on thin paper with a glossy finish, and be
unmounted and unretouched.... Using pencil or felt pen, lightly print your name and
Alien Receipt Number on the back of the photo.

I don't think I94 is required. can someone who had done renewal on their own before verify?

NOTE: If you are submitting a Renewal Request for consideration of DACA to USCIS, you do not need to re-submit documents you already submitted with your previous DACA requests.

No I-94 required if you sent with the original request.

thank for putting this together.
The last few times i have had my "Lawyer" do this for me. IM ASKING FOR HELP! can some one point me in the right direction on where to get detailed instructions on how to file a renewal? maybe even a video!?
