Here is my timeline, it's been frustrating to say the least.

This is my second renewal.

My DACA renewal is at the Nebraska Service Center and the receipt number starts with an IOE.

May 19, 2016 -- renewal received by USCIS.

June 16, 2016 -- called USCIS since no biometrics appointment, but was told wait at least 30 days before making an inquiry.

June 20, 2016 -- Submitted a case inquiry online via the USCIS website: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do

June 23, 2016 -- Received a response from the June 20, 2016 inquiry that I need to create an account at https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov Also stated in the response that I will need an access code to link my pending cases. I never received an access code so I called USCIS on June 24, 2016 and was told to submit an inquiry to get the access code.

June 24, 2016 -- Submitted an inquiry at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/contactus to obtain the access code.

June 28, 2016 -- Received a call from USCIS tech help desk and provided me with an access code to create my account, but no biometric online letter when I login.

June 25, 2016 -- submitted an Ombudsman request online via https://www.dhs.gov/case-assistance filling out (Form DHS-7001), but received a response from Ombudsman on July 1, 2016 that they will close my request since my case has not been pending for 105 days.

June 30, 2016 -- Submitted a Congressional inquiry and received a response today July 6, 2016 that to wait at least 60 days from today and if I don't get anything by them, then to contact my representative again.

Sigh. Still nothing in the mail regarding my biometrics and online status just says that my case was received.

Best of luck to all my fellow Dreamers. I hope and pray for a prompt and favorable outcome for all of our cases.

BTW my DACA/EAD expires in early November.

We should have a standardized template of people submitting their renewal information.

This way I or someone can write a .py script and get all the data.

Hi everyone,
I've been following this thread and forum for a while. My boyfriend is DACA approved since 2014, with his initial application. I applied well within the 4-5 month period to ensure he doesn't loose his deferred action or his job. I emailed USCIS to inquire about his case and in the email I received it seems to state they are working on renewals based on who expires first.

"The Nebraska Service Center (NSC) is closely monitoring the expiration dates of initial Form I-821D, Consideration for Deferred action for Childhood Arrivals, and Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization Document. We are working the renewals in the order of previous card expirations. There is no authorization to allow expedited processing of the renewals. However, if your card is a few days away from expiring and your case was filed at least four months prior we will review the case to ensure it is in proper placement. You must also have attended your biometrics appointment at the Application Support Center."

Our timeline for the renewal is: Nebraska Service Center
Applied- April 12, 2016
Biometrics- May 4, 2016
Current Expiration- September 10,2016

I had calculated when to send his renewal a hundred different ways. It seems they take approximately 140 days on average, from my obsessive tracking of other cases. :/ lol. At least 16 weeks by USCIS statements, which actually ends up being 20 weeks/ 4.6 months. Do contact them and every other office possible is you near your expiration without an answer.

Good luck to everyone, hope you get your renewals soon.

So my case is a bit strange. I submitted my case on feb 20, 2016 with a the exp in May. Everything has gone smooth except for the approval. So I called recently and I was told the Nebraska office is now
Dealing with apps from January 28th and I was wondering if there's anyway to know the pace at which they move till they get to feb 29th? At this point I've had to leave my place of work since my permit expired and am
Now waiting for a renewal but it seems like the office is handling the renewals so slowly, It's a bit disheartening to say the least.

This is some BS. A lot of us either didn't even get a bio letter after 60 days, or did bio ut no news after that for 60 days. What the heck is going on? Seems like no one can give us any straight answers.
