I posted this in another thread, but I finally received my biometric appointment in the mail on July 15, 2016. If I were you I would file a service request and a Congressional inquiry if you have not done so already. I wish you and all the dreamers the very best.

When did you call? They received my case February 9.

CDP, were you notified on your case tracker about your biometrics notice before you received it in the mail?

Yes, I got an e-mail on July 11, 2016 saying my case status was updated. So I checked my case status on USCIS website and it stated that they scheduled my biometrics and I received the appointment notice in the mail on July 15, 2016. I hope this helps.

All these delayed DACA applications are really making me nervous. I haven't even received my biometric appointment and it's been over a month and a half since I submitted. I feel I really screwed myself over by sending it in just over 120 days before expiration. I have built a really nice life for myself this year. I love the company that I work for and I'm dating someone really amazing. I've never been happier. There just has to be something to screw it up. I can do all that I can do and life isn't fair sometimes. Just roll with the cards you are dealt with. That's the dreamer life.

I'm reading all of your cases and it is insane , I had no idea they were so behind n approving. This is ridiculous.
I got my receipt notification May 26, Bio notice June 04 , ( Odd that was fast) , June 11 I did bio walkin . So now I'm just waiting .

My EAD expires October 07. I'm now freaking out because I love my job and I dont know what's going to happen if I dont have my EAD before that time. PLUS I just applied for advance parole for November . I guess that would be pointless if I still dont have my EAD .

We have spent so much money on this. they're not doing this for free. I wonder what is really going on? I mean are these people just sitting around drinking coffee , gossiping while our application just sitting there?? I mean how long does it take to go over a renewal they have experience with this, I'm sure for a renewal it takes less than 10 minutes to approved an application .

10 minutes /1 hour = 6 applications per hour = 48 application per day per officer = 248 application per week.

Ridiculous !!!!!!!!!! I wonder after the summer they would be more proactive. Let's hope ;(

Doesn't this "delay" happen every couple years? If I recall correctly, around this time two years ago people were freaking out over this and it seems like most people got their approval before their documents expired.

I don't remember it like this for the 1st renewal DACA beneficiaries...

What I do remember (I think), is the approvals came in waves, and we saw people posting progress here every week or so...a couple people posted on a Monday for example that they were approved, then a bunch more approved on Wednesday etc...and this continued throughout, and a lot of people were getting approvals when they expected...

...the problem now is there are no waves of people posting that they are being approved...actually no one really has posted about any approval except for 1 or 2 outliers who we never heard from again...

...unless there really aren't a lot of people posting here anymore, and we are all a few who are just panicking for no reason?...but the problem with that is a couple of people are already posting that theirs expired...and even stories of thousands of others having their EAD expire...

...Anyway, just hold onto your butts everyone, its gonna be a bumpy ride.
