Haha, it does. It doesn't even feel like its been a month.

I was going to send copies of WA DL as ID, paycheck stubs, w2's and taxes and pretty much something for every month to prove continuous presence...

but my friends (trained) said that was silly and suggested I send the minimum (their reasoning was....what if Romney wins, or who knows who they might use this info...)

I cut my packet from 40-some pages to 20 pages.

I was also an overstay with a SSN - not sure if that made a difference

I did the month to month thing. But only used bank statements, a dentist payment ledger, and transcripts. I avoided using taxes, W-2's or anything official like that. I ended up with 40 pages. So the bulk of my stuff is bank account statements. Your pretty lucky because many visa overstays are still waiting but I wonder if there is more to it on their cases.

Hey Purple love what time did you go for biometrics and how busy was it? My appointment is early morning on Tuesday. My ride has to work in the afternoon. 30 minute drive back home.

hey i went around 8:15 because i read its always better to go at the time they open but no it was full! but the lady told me its better to go at 2 because they dont have that many people around that time she was very nice (the security guard is another story)oh and she also asked me where was i from and since i live close by she told me to come back later but if you live far away they let you walk-in they also told me to come back later because i went with my sister and cousin

ohh you have an appoiment!! it only took me 5 minutes to do biometrics they are fast but let me know how it goes good luck!
