I am accepted yes but the government decided to delay sending me to basic training for two years. Without it you won't be naturalized as the other path which is to submit your N400 prior to shipping due to serving in the Reserves has been blocked as well. They also stopped issuing Deferred Action to Army Reserve individuals.

The pending lawsuit for MAVNI reservists is progressing and a decision is due pretty soon (september/october) where a preliminary injunction could be granted to process our n400's. Last hearing went towards our favor. Hold your fuckin horses.

Should I continue trying to find a new job? My current job never asked for my EAD renewal, so they probably don't know as the lady that handled my info was very...smart to say the least. Only problem is this job doesn't pay as well as I like, and applying for a new place, especially a higher end company, they will look at the expiration date.
