The last few times i have had my "Lawyer" do this for me. IM ASKING FOR HELP! can some one point me in the right direction on where to get detailed instructions on how to file a renewal? maybe even a video!?
VT1008 you should consider doing a video!
Don't have time to make a video. Just read the directions posted on the USCIS website and forms.

You literally just download the forms and start filling them out. Skip any section that says for initial application. The sections are labeled. If you have specific questions, post here.

Also get copies of your previous application from your lawyer, most things can be copy pasted.

I'm not sure about that. Yes I-821d doesn't require it, but I-765 clearly does. Hope I'm wrong, but to be on the safe side, I submitted mine again anyway.

I expire end of Sept 2018.

I included the following:
  • Personal Check: $495
  • Two passport photos with required labeling on the back and receipt to show they were taken recently
  • G-1145
  • I-821D
  • I-765
  • I-765Worksheet
  • Copy of EAD (Front)
  • Copy of EAD (Back)
  • DACA Renewal Granted Letter from USCIS
  • Letter that came with EAD (has barcodes on it)
  • Copy of I-94
  • Copy of USCIS' Response to January 2018 Preliminary Injunction

I sent it to the PO Box in Phoenix via USPS Overnight Express.
What form is the "DACA Renewal Granted Letter from USCIS"? what does it look like or what should i be looking for? same goes for the I-94
Thank you all in advance

It's the I-797 Notice of Action and states USCIS has decided to defer action in your case. It's printed on carstock (thicker paper) that's light creme in color and has the statue of liberty's upper hand and torch as a watermark.

You don't need I-94.

I found it. How ever mine is not on card stock. I assume that one went to my lawyer, i say thing because the EAD receipt from USPS was a dressed to me but his law office info and address below.

I wonder if this will be a problem.

It is not on cardstock. And it won't be a problem, they just need a photocopy.

You should be fine. The attorney filed for you and USCIS will have the attorney's info on file from the last renewal you did.
