My EAD will expire by then. My stats are as follows:
Priority Date: 05/02/16
Receipt Date: 05/05/16
EAD Expires: 09/26/16

Has anyone else recieved this type of information when they call? I've read about applicants told to call in another 30 days, but 50? WTH?
What do you mean additional 49 days added to the processing time? For Nebraska they don't have a processing time, they have the data of the last application they processed, which on their Website it says March 16th, but when i contacted USCIS yesterday they said April 2nd.

Goodness. I wonder when I should start panicking...

Sept. 29 is not too far away.

The people in the delayed timeline are screwed. People that applied afterwards appear to be getting their apps done in 105~ days.

I just called USCIS and they pretty much told me I have to wait until Monday to ask for another request to look at my case, etc. All those people saying they're finishing March and starting April, I don't think that's accurate. Me and my sister have similar timelines.

NSC received our packets 6/9/16, she had her biometrics done sometime early July and she got letters yesterday in the mail saying everything is approved and her card is on the way. Her EAD expires on 9/29/16. Mine expires on 9/11/16 and I haven't even gotten the biometrics appointment.

It is truly random and about luck. I'm preparing myself to not have a job in September. I can probably request 2 weeks but my position will have to be replaced. It's ridiculous at this point.

I RECIEVED MY EAD YESTERDAY!!!

FILED FOR DACA AND I765 ON 3-6-16
HAD BIOS ON 4/12/16
I didn't receive an update or anything for 4 months
I went online and made an account. checked my case status.
On 8/8/16 I checked my case online and I said that I had got approved for DACA on 8/6/16 it also said that I had got approved for i765 but I couldn't print a document like I could for DACA.
I received my DACA letter on 8/11 or 8/12. I had emailed USCIS on 8/10 asking why was my i765 taking so long. They replied back on 8/12 saying that I had gotten approved for the i765 and that my card was being processed.
My EAD expired on 8/17/16
I went back online to my account and it had a tracking # for my card. I clicked on the link and it took me to the ups website which said that it had delivered my card at 3:45 yesterday afternoon. I quickly rushed to my mailbox and what do you know it was there!!!!
It was a close one. My wife's ead expires in march so I'm telling her to file for it now instead of waiting until October which would mark 6 months before it expires.
GOOD LUCK TO EVERONE!!! KEEP PRAYING TO GOD!!! ILL KEEP YOU ALL IN MY PRAYERS!

Congrats! I think your wife will be fine even if she submits in October; it's just us Feb - May 2016 people who have gotten completely screwed.

How would I request an Elis account? When I spoke with USCIS and told them that I didn't receive a letter with the access code they just told me to use the case tracker that it was basically the same thing as Elis so I took their answer but now that I see all these messages saying that you can see the documents you sent I want to be able to do that as well, would I have to call back again? What do I say so they take me seriously? Thanks!

The USCIS representative submitted an inquiry into the system after confirming my application has been pending for more than 105 days, and then he went silent for about 1 minute typing away at the computer, then he stated ok so the system states that there are 49 days more for processing and there's nothing we can do until day 50 from today. Then I told him my EAD will expire in less than 50 days (about 40 actually), and he said there is chance that it may be approved before the 50 days but if it's not, you can call us again after 50 days. Has anyone else had this type of response? Now that I'm reading more posts, I wonder if his inquiry was the "outside of normal processing time inquiry". Anyone else have a similar phone convo?

You can simply call the customer service number and request an access code. They should be able to provide it for you over the phone. Good luck!

Tell them you want to talk to the IT service desk. Tell them that you were talking to someone already who was helping you out setting up your code on the website. Tell them the call got lost.

That is how I did it. Unfortunately they code they had for me did not work. My brother did the same thing and his worked.
