It's the 1st e-Request response I got that actually says something useful. I want to point out that this e-Request was the first one I submitted under my I-821D receipt number, my previous ones were done under the I-765 number... and I'm not sure why I did that...

Also, I had mentioned in an earlier post about being sponsored by my employer for a work visa (H1B), but it turns out that DACA recipients don't have a valid immigration status to allow for an H1B application... they will, however, sponsor me for a green card which is great news, but I will not be able to work after 9/8 until my new EAD arrives.
That is great news! I submitted a missing bio appt e-request on Sunday. How long did it take them to get back to you?

Then I told him my EAD will expire in less than 50 days (about 40 actually), and he said there is chance that it may be approved before the 50 days but if it's not, you can call us again after 50 days. If that was the answer given by your Tier 1 representative (the first people who answer your call) do not take their word as something official. Those people unfortunately have no real knowledge. Ask to speak to a Tier 2 representative and try to get service requests in and someone to look at your case. At least that way, you know there's slight movement.

By now, you can also submit https://cisomb.dhs.gov/oca/form7001.aspx as it has been more than 105 days. I would recommend you do everything you can, to get someone to review your case. (Get your representative involved, senator, NIL)

I have done everything and haven't gotten positive results, at least not yet, but I am doing all I can. You don't want to just wait, hoping they get their act together.

Yes but I was told my call cannot be transferred because there is a high volume of calls already and the system prevents em from making an inquiry for a petition outside process times. Call tomorrow early so I can have an inquiry submitted. Asid3 from that asked their tier level and immediately was told" even the higher tiers will give me the same response "I m" giving you "......

EAD expired: 8/16/2016

They should not deny you speaking to someone higher up. Call again and always politely ask to be transferred, once the person gives you a negative comment. My last few call, have lead me to being transferred to an automated system, asking that I leave my number and name. They have called me back, not in the time specified, but they did call me back. One of the call backs, let to a service request, the second one, to nothing much but they did at least call back.

Here is what I got today from USCIS after telling them to schedule me for bios because i have been waiting for 79 days.

After careful review of your inquiry, we determined that your issue will be best addressed by the USCIS office processing your case; therefore, we are forwarding your inquiry to the Nebraska Service Center. The referral ID for this inquiry is OVP123456789NSC. The Nebraska Service Center will contact you concerning your case once they have reviewed your inquiry.

I have done this about 4 times. You get a letter 2 months from the day it shows complete saying. Sorry, we are still working on it.

Sometimes, they do not even do anything. It is really disheartening because when I got the first letter with the request response, I thought it was finally my biometrics appointment, but it was not.

Yes, I have a 1-day gap in my ELIS account. According to the notice of action it states my application was received on May 19, 2016. But on the ELIS account it has the date of May 20, 2016 with the following messages for both I-821-D and I-765:

Case Received Date: 05/20/2016
Received As: Paper Application
Status: In Process
Status Message: USCIS has accepted your application, petition, or request for processing.
Pending Action: None
