There's a lot of work left to be done for our community so let's get to it.
I’m going through the same thing right now. I interviewed in October. Received an RFE in November. Waiting for them to process the RFE.

I hope you hear back soon. Frankly, it should not take them months to process an RFE, but additional delays are almost a given these days.

Good luck. I certainly understand how the waiting game can go.

Guys, for 1-485 Part 8. What did you put for if you ever worked in US without authorization?

Answer honestly. Don't ever lie.

Theyve updated the forms, when I did my filing, this wasn't asked. But during the interview he asked because my wife and I met at work pre-DACA.

My interview was yesterday at the Oakland Park, FL Office. I arrive 40 minutes early and checked in but was taken 30 minutes past my interview time. Whole thing took 20 minutes.

The first few minutes made me nervous. The first thing he asked for was our passports and driver’s license. He then asked me where is the passport that I used to enter the country. I told him that this passport was the only passport that I’ve ever owned. He then asked me what I used to enter the country. I told him that I can’t recall because I was brought here as a child. I didn’t want to say how I came here. I just told him I entered through MIA.

After that I was less tense. We spent a good amount of time talking about college, college sports and debated which division my husband’s college and my college was in. Whether my husband’s college sports team was better than mines. He started laughing when we said we never go to the college games.

Several times he stated, “you’re going to get your green card”, "everythin looks good". I started feeling happier and less tense each time said that. He even told me that I can apply for citizenship 3 years from the green card approval date, which I already knew and told me how to do it and how much it cost and what to submit.
Mid way through he stated that he will approve our application so that I can get my green card but then he asked if we had an updated medical i693. We did submit a completed medical with the original application but it has been 14 months since the AOS packet was submitted. He stated that I will receive a RFE for the medical in the mail and then I will receive my green card after. He said he will approve the petition now and the AOS is pending on me submitting a new I-693.

He did not look at any of the documents that we brought nor look through the albums. At the end he requested 2 pictures from our album with my husband, daughter and I.

I am happy but a bit bummed that we have to wait even longer now. If your case takes over a year then you need a new medical. Something we were unaware of.

Does anyone know if it is faster to mail in the medical or take it to the USCIS office? I’d hate for it to just sit on someone’s desk. I wonder how long this is gonna take?

Yes it was. He even acknowledged that he said thanks to DACA and AP I got that stamp.

Yes. When I presented my passport he then asked me for my previous passport. I told him that this is the only passport I've ever owned. That's when he asked me what did I use to enter the country originally.
