If that was the answer given by your Tier 1 representative (the first people who answer your call) do not take their word as something official. Those people unfortunately have no real knowledge. Ask to speak to a Tier 2 representative and try to get service requests in and someone to look at your case. At least that way, you know there's slight movement.2

By now, you can also submit https://cisomb.dhs.gov/oca/form7001.aspx as it has been more than 105 days. I would recommend you do everything you can, to get someone to review your case. (Get your representative involved, senator, NIL)

I have done everything and haven't gotten positive results, at least not yet, but I am doing all I can. You don't want to just wait, hoping they get their act together.

Hi guys, when the first wave of approval happened two weeks ago, i remember right before it, that's when NILC was alerted to the issue bc many ppl were contacting them about the delay. a representative even left a message about it on this thread. I still think that if there are enough ppl emailing them, or email them as a group, it will be more effective, having NILC pressure them to correct their errors faster. especially the ones who have theirs expired. what do you guys think?

USCIS has not publicly disclosed the extent of the corruption, but people here have received confirmation from L2 officers that such loss did occur. I think what VJB2 is hinting at is that Ryker's case is one of those affected, which means that his/her biometrics data was lost. We don't know why USCIS has not contacted these applicants since it seems unlikely that they will be able to retrieve the corrupted data.

I'm really curious about the message they posted on their website saying they will adress Feb-May renewals in the next few weeks. When you guys think of "few weeks" do you guys think 3-4 weeks, regardless thats when a lot of us are expiring
