Clarification, they said they had enter my info for scheduling. Have not been scheduled. Still pending bios.

Just got this 10 min ago.
"Your biometric appointment has not yet been scheduled. You will receive your Biometric Appointment Notice in the mail at the time of scheduling."

I got the same email when I submitted an inquiry about my bio not being scheduled after 30+ days from notice date of my application. Not sure what to do now...

Think about it, its friday. How many of us are productive on a Friday? These people are ready for the weekend and have mentally clocked out

I'm really curious about the message they posted on their website saying they will adress Feb-May renewals in the next few weeks. When you guys think of "few weeks" do you guys think 3-4 weeks, regardless thats when a lot of us are expiring

By now, you can also submit https://cisomb.dhs.gov/oca/form7001.aspx as it has been more than 105 days. I would recommend you do everything you can, to get someone to review your case. (Get your representative involved, senator, NIL)

I have done everything and haven't gotten positive results, at least not yet, but I am doing all I can. You don't want to just wait, hoping they get their act together.
Thanks so much for your advice! I just submitted the ombudsman request and requested an infopass for next week. What is NILC's email? On their website it only states <reply@nilc.org> . Is there any alternate/more direct email for DACA kids?

I still think that if there are enough ppl emailing them, or email them as a group, it will be more effective, having NILC pressure them to correct their errors faster. especially the ones who have theirs expired. what do you guys think?
NILC has been actively interested in this issue. I was one of the people who contacted them and when I did, I included links to this forum and the panicked threads. That same day within an hour, they posted here informing us they were aware and working on it.

NILC will try to help flag cases as you approach your expiration however I do believe USCIS doesn't feel pressured in the slightest.

I think what VJB2 is hinting at is that Ryker's case is one of those affected, which means that his/her biometrics data was lost. We don't know why USCIS has not contacted these applicants since it seems unlikely that they will be able to retrieve the corrupted data.
The data loss appears to have happened during the Feb - May block. However, Ryker's bios were completed in July, which doesn't seem like it should be affected. Also, I'm confused as to why they are doing initial reviews prior to bios.

You will not need anything like that to apply for a DL. They passed AB-60 in California. Illegal immigrants can get licenses.

So sad but true about Friday. And yes! I thought the exact about "few", never have I hated a 3 letter word more.

So according to the spreadsheet, the people who have expired are sitting on 2 months of expiration so far? Has anyone been expired more than 2 months? Also, for some reason I cant add to the spreadsheet :/.
