Pretty much.

I didn't bother speculating what USCIS meant "few". Just sounded like they wanted people to stop calling them without owning up to the issue

"The status of this service request is:

We have requested your biometrics appointment be scheduled. You should receive it in 10-14 business days.

We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience."

I wonder if there is a problem if we submit the e-request multiple times within a week. I think its my third time submitting a e-request for I-765.
Btw, they dont let me submit a e-request for 8-821D because it says that its still within processing time. But I can submit for I-765. Is that the same case for anyone else?

For those that contacted congressmen, where they Republican? If so, did they have any bias? Also, did you email or call? What did you say?
I'm 65 days and no bios so I will contact them, worth the try I think.

That's interesting that it included an ETA.

Did you get this reply by submitting an inquiry? If so how long did it take to get this response?

The AP-60 3 year DL has a marking on the corner that I'd rather not have on my two year DL. I went in yesterday and showed them the I-812D and they seemed to approve it. At least, they gave me temporary one month DL and said they would further review my document before sending me out a card. I'm hoping it'll be streamlined and I'll get my new card before the temporary DL expires.
