It's just asking what country. It's not asking whether you traveled abroad or not. Even if you got the passport in Chicago, you got it from the Mexican Consulate, which is the Mexican Government

i have a question on the I-765 form please.... what should i put in question 14? im filling by myself this time... i dont remember what the other person who filled it for me put last time in that question...

14. status of last entry. (b-2 visitor , f-1 student, no lawful status, etc)
......i entered here with a VISA and my VISA Type/Class says: R B1/B2

also on question
15. Current inmigration status...
should i put : Deferred action for chilhood arrivals....? or something different?

Guys make sure to follow the instructions in order to receive text/email notifications.

"To receive an e-Notification when your forms have been accepted, complete Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance and clip it to the front of the Form I-821D."

I estimated residence dates last time i filled out the application. Is there a way I can get a copy of my last application from uscis so i can write down the same info as last time? My computer has crashed since then and i have lost my copy i saved. Gotta remember to backup

Yes you can, you'll have to send in a request. It can take quite some time.
