Thus, along with getting my N-400 form filled-out and ready, I've also started researching and putting together forms for sponsoring my mom, so that I can do it as soon as I receive my Naturalization Certificate (time-permitting w/BCT or AIT, that is).

I believe these are the forms needed in the packet to sponsor a parent. These forms can apparently be concurrently filed:

Forms for the sponsor, me, the [future] citizen:
I-130: Petition for Alien Relative
I-864/EZ: Affidavit of Support

Forms for the sponsored, my mom, the [future] LPR:
I-485: Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
I-693: Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record
G-325A: Biographic Information
I-765: Application for Employment Authorization (FREE).

Optional, as we're all familiar:
G-1145: e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

The evidence needed for the application are listed in each of the forms' instruction documents. Note, the evidence requirements are different for mother and father. I've also read that since they are parents of US Citizens, no waiver or fine is needed--just a combined fee of $1,490 [-ish?] for forms I-130, I-485, and biometrics.
