That means case was denied versus application was denied. It's different things.

I'm going to send out my application and pray it's accepted. I expire in just about a year. I don't care if they keep my money as long as there is a slim chance I can get at least another year. Nothing to lose except money.

Uscis is self founded by the way. So even in a shutdown it would remain operating

They don't ask if your application was ever rejected. They ask if it was Denied, which is much different.

Don't worry. They won't keep your money if rejected, they will send you your entire packet back, money included.

FedEx is telling me Overnight will get it there Tuesday before 3:00 P.M.

I expire in August. If they accept my application, I plan on rescheduling my biometrics to move up the expiration date of my next EAD. Can I do that?

If they reject my application, I will re-apply in February within the 180 day window.

Are you sending it today or waiting until Tuesday?

I'm thinking today. Waiting for some input before I go.

FedEx is the only one open.

I was thinking of doing the same but the issues people have had with FedEx, in the past, is kind of making want to wait for USPS.
