Congrats, man! No ELIS, but does it show up on your online case tracker?

Hallelujah, indeed! Congrats, man! How did you get notified? ELIS? Case tracker?

Congrats guys!
I have been waiting 80+days for my bios and so far nothing!
What actions did you take besides calling USCIS? Did you do InfoPass?Any tips would be helpfull. My EAD expires 10/17/16.
Am I the only one left who did receive BIOS?

My lawyer recommended to do an infopass and ask them to temporarily extend my DACA and EAD while the case is being processed. I called USCIS and asked them if that is possible and they told me yes. The lady started reading some internal documentation stating "USCIS may temporarily extend your DACA and EAD while the case is being worked on"
Since I didn't even get my biometrics yet, I'm expecting that my case may not get approved on time. I will be scheduling an infopass and asking for temporary extension.
Did anyone did this before?

I got a text message at 1AM this morning and checked my account--BAM it was a miracle.

I am curious about something.

If you are approaching expiration, and lets say you got approved the day before you expire (by checking your ELIS account and it says approved or whatever)...is it safe to just continue working without telling HR anything?...even if you didn't receive your new EAD yet?

I ask this because it would seem kinda annoying to be taken out of payroll for say a week...to then ask HR to put you right back on the following (after you received the new physical EAD)...because you wanted to play it safe.

This hypothetical example is based on HR not bringing up anything about your current EAD expiring.

I did a e-request on Sunday, sent another email to NILC on Monday, then contacted my Congressman Tuesday, Ombudsman request Wednesday. No infopass appointment cause that sounded like a waste of time. I've literally been blowing up all lines of communication to USCIS this week. Not sure if that was a coincidence, but I wanted to be able to say that I did everything I could. Good luck.

You know what I find interesting is that it appears they took us out of the usual ELIS route.. Because people who usually get their bios, do not get a txt or notification, the notice just appears there etc.
But I got a txt from the old number from the old CaseStatus SMS service and it said to check my case online. I also got the email notice like they used to send them out before ELIS.

This was one of my last emails to USCIS:
"Process my case outside ELIS. USCIS' internal ELIS issues have grossly delayed my application to the point that I have not been scheduled for biometrics. Everyone knows this is an internal USCIS issue and not the applicants. Process my case through CLAIMS 3, SNAP/NASS(manual), ELIS is not working for me."

I got an email that they had manually entered my information.

Which at the time I thought they were BS'ing, but NASS send out batch appointments on a weekly basis, so Friday night might have been the day it send out appointments since we both got it around the same time.

I'll be interested to see how the later part of the process works out.
