I just did an E-request. It worked for my EAD but still doesn't work for the DACA IOE. It sent me a message to expect an answer by Sept 1 :/ . EAD expired 8/17, still holding to my job since luckily my company hasn't brought it up. Still worried and anxious though Hoping - really hoping -all 8/17 dreamers we hear something next week.

"We have received your inquiry stating that your consideration of deferred action for childhood arrivals (form i-821) is beyond the expected processing time frame. us and immigration services is making every effort to process these cases within the stated time frame and hope to adjudicate your case in the near future. However, at this time we cannot provide a specific date on which a final decision will be made on your request for deferred action.
We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience."

Inquire that i submitted in August 2, finally came home and got the letter, i guess i have another letter on the way because a rep 2 submitted an inquiry on my EAD recently also.

We hardly had any approvals on here this week. I thought we would be getting increased renewals from now on seeing as they are lagging behind.

That is very interesting. My approval was on the 11th which proves your observation correct.

I wonder if there are no more renewals at the moment.

But I got a txt from the old number from the old CaseStatus SMS service and it said to check my case online. I also got the email notice like they used to send them out before ELIS.

This was one of my last emails to USCIS:
"Process my case outside ELIS. USCIS' internal ELIS issues have grossly delayed my application to the point that I have not been scheduled for biometrics. Everyone knows this is an internal USCIS issue and not the applicants. Process my case through CLAIMS 3, SNAP/NASS(manual), ELIS is not working for me."

I got an email that they had manually entered my information.

Which at the time I thought they were BS'ing, but NASS send out batch appointments on a weekly basis, so Friday night might have been the day it send out appointments since we both got it around the same time.

I'll be interested to see how the later part of the process works out.
Send this sh** to NILC, homey.

My bad there were a couple on 8/15/2016 according to the spreadsheet, but that trend didn't continue onto the week. I guess they are just going to take as long as they want.

My guess is that this week they worked on the newer apps to lower their average processing time. So hopefully they'll start going back to the older apps next week.

It took about 2 weeks for you.

I was approved on the 11th, I should be expecting my EAD on the 26th.

I got my EAD in the mail today, just a little over a week to receive it after approval.
