so I tried submitting an inquiry online about the out of time process but it told me I'm not allowed to do it yet. I believe my time frame is pass 105 days. So Im not sure what to do next, should I wait until next month? my ead is expiring on 9/25

Did u try it for the deferred action form or the employment authorization form?

The case inquiry won't allow you to submit unless your case has been outstanding for 6 months. So even if your case is outside of the 105 days of processing time, it still won't allow you to do it.

You should call USCIS instead and ask to talk to a Tier 2 representative.

Hello all, I am in the same boat as many of you. It looks like I may lose my job as well. Hopefully, my job will allow me to have a temporary leave until I get this sorted out. I landed my dream job (making close to 80k), and chances of losing it due to this is really sad. Please see my timeline below. Thanks and I hope everyone gets approved before the EAD expiration..

I did call them twice explaining my situation, but all they told me was that an officer will contact me (and that they will make this case an expedite case). However, not a single officer has called me as of today. This was 2 weeks ago. I still got 2 reference numbers, so I am going to wait till 5 days passes, to get a third call in.

Yes. 2 weeks now, and still didn't hear back from them.

Finally got approved today after being expired since May 29th!

Filed for renewal: February 29th

Biometrics: March 24th

Expired: May 29th

Approved: August 21st
