Your case is at the Texas service center? This might be a separate issue from the delays we are seeing from Nebraska.

I talked to two different Tier 1 reps today. The first one transferred me to a Tier 2, but they were all busy, and they haven't called me back as promised.

The second Tier 1 rep said that even though my case is outside of the normal processing time, all I can do is make an e-request online or write a letter to the Nebraska Service Center. She wouldn't transfer me to a Tier 2.

I then called Congressman Becerra's office, and the person in charge of my case said she'll follow up on August 31 (!). I asked her to follow up this week, because I expire on 9/4/16. She said most of the time, these cases get tied up because the background check takes a while to process. Some cases (not DACA) have background checks that remain pending for a year (wtf?). If that's the case with me, then there's no way to expedite the processing.

I will try again with another Tier 1 rep tomorrow and ask to speak to a Tier 2 immediately. I have no idea what else to do, guys. I'm out of options. This is bullshit.

Same thing with September 8. Everybody with September 8 expiration date hasn't been approved yet.

I called today as well. The tier 1 rep told me he couldn't transfer me to a tier 2 rep as well. He said they were all busy for the rest of the day. This was around 1 pm, I asked to put in a request to have them call me back. I'll try calling again tomorrow.

You still have some time, I expired 8/17. I'm still waiting to hear back from NILC. That's my only hope at this point.
