No, it explicitly says No valid fo reentry.

Unless the EAD is a combo card that explicitly states that it serves as I-512 for advance parole.

Aha ok.. I did read that on their site.. the thing that concerns me is this part:

If I receive this card, does that guarantee my re-entry into the United States if I travel?
A4. No. This card authorizes parole, not admission, to the U.S. Parole is not an admission or "entry". If you obtain this card, you may use it to travel abroad and return to the U.S. Upon arriving at a port-of-entry, you should present the card to a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Officer to request parole. Issuance of an Advance Parole document does not guarantee that CBP will parole you into the U.S. If parole is granted, you will be permitted to come into the U.S. as a parolee, but will not have been 'admitted". Individuals who have been unlawfully present in the U.S. and subsequently depart and seek re-entry through a grant of parole may be inadmissible and ineligible to adjust their status.

Anyone have experience with this that now has secured a GC? Traveled outside of the US while application and interview date is pending I mean... did you have any issues with CBP at the airport? I did this once before when I was granted AP thru DACA for humanitarian reasons (sick grandmother) and the CBP was no problem. Hoping it will be the same in this case...

I should also add that I had my lawyer file the AP concurrently with my I-485... so hoping my EAD also has the AP attached...

That’s awesome! Congrats!

Hopefully mine will get here soon too. My package was delivered on November 20 and it’s been awful waiting for the interview.

For those who have done a medical exam, my understanding is that the following vaccinations are required:

Mumps
Measles
Rubella
Polio
Tetanus and diphtheria
Pertussis
Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib)
Hepatitis A
Hepatitis B
Rotavirus
Meningococcal disease
Varicella
Pneumococcal disease
Seasonal influenza

I'm in my 30s. Can someone confirm which vaccination I will need? I'd like to get them through my primary care doctor since that will probably be cheaper than the USCIS doctor. Also, do I need to have completed the vaccination schedule for each?

Today marks 8 months since they received our application. 5 months since our case “is ready to be scheduled for interview” and 4 months since I received my new EAD...sigh
