If you do not receive a response within 30 days, a new inquiry can be submitted at that time or you may call USCIS Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283 or 1-800-767-1833 (TTY). You will need to provide the inquiry confirmation number when you call.
Only a T2 agent can override that, T1 won't be able. They apparently use the same screen as e-Requests.

Well my expiration is in less than a month, still no bio letter. Luckily my workplace didn't even ask for my last renewal, so they probably don't care. Here's hoping that's the case this time too. Either way I still need that damn card to find a better job.

BTW, I called last Friday to ask for another service request, and they gave me a ref number ending in CSC, I'm assuming California Service Center. I hung up, then I remembered my receipt letter says the office it came from was Nebraska Center, so I called back and the rep that answered didn't know what I was talking about, and that my app is in the Integrated Operating Environment. What's up with that. Is it possible my case got rerouted to CSC because NSC was backed up?

The status of this service request is:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show your case is in line to be reviewed by an officer. We ask that you allow additional time for this process to take place since we process these cases in the order received. If after 60 days you have not received anything in the mail, please contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at the number provided below.

What You Can Do
Please see the “Online Services” below to check the status of your case in the near future. We apologize for the delay.

I've gotten that response before. This time it says it's actually being reviewed so we will see

NILC told me they can flag cases 10 days before expiration. Has anyone had success with this?

NILC told me the same thing. The attorney who reached out remembered that I ran into the same problem the last time I tried to renew lol.

Thats BS! I called 7 days then 2 days before expiration. They. Told me wait. I've now been expired since 8/17.

You should email them again. Some of the staff attorneys are more responsive and genuinely concerned than others. I have emailed them twice, and I hope they can help me out in case my case isn't approved in the following weeks.

Were they helpful in getting your case approved the last time?

Anyways, got some relief today, HR said I can work regardless of my expiration since this is not my fault, they just want updates.
Will you work even though it might affect you when you try to AOS in the future?

I don't understand how that would affect AOS. I mean, most of us worked illegally before and I'm sure some of us submitted our "illegal" work as proof when applying for DACA.
