Hey guys,

I just got off the phone with an info pass officer. I coudlnt make my appointment today but they ended up calling me later.

He advised me to send the nebraska service center a letter signed by my work detailing why i need to expedite my case. My job has to confirm that they will terminate me or put me on leave while i get approved. It is obviously at the officers discretion, but it could work ( or so he said).

He also said that each case worker works on about 20 cases a day and some work faster than others. There is no telling how long it will take to get to my case.

Congrats. Mine is still pending -__- expired EAD 08/17/16. Renewal app submitted 4/7/16.

I just got off the phone again with a tier 2 rep. I heard really good news and hope it's true. He said that the person that was working on my case recommend an approval from the note on my account but only the supervisor has a final say before my card can go into production. He read the note twice so I hope this is very true.

Lol I've been waiting for nearly 3 hours rn waiting for a call back from Tier 2. "60 min expected" wait time. Probably off for lunch now too

How do you speak to a tier 2 rep? Everytime I call I get a tier 1.

Tell them to transfer you to a tier 2

Then you have to press 1 say your name then press pound and wait for them to call you back
