How long is your EAD valid for?

It took my sister and brother 2 years to get there interview appointments booked. It only took me 7 months. It all depends on your local USCIS office on availability for interviews. Both of my siblings live in Houston, Texas and I live in Atlanta, Georgia.

You actually dont need him to get your conditions removed from your green card. As long as you entered the marriage in good faith and can prove that threw bon-fide documents meaning joint- (bank accounts, life insurance, car insurance, pictures, gifts, leases, home owners, ect.) Then you can self sponser yourself to remove the conditions on your 2 year green card. Im actually removing my conditions on my green card in about 2 weeks (November) but I will be applying jointly with my husband. Sorry to hear your having problems with your marriage but just wanted to let you know you can self sponser without your spouse to get 10 year green card. Also once you submit your documents to remove conditions you will receive a letter in the mail that will say they extended your green card for 1 year so you can continue working and traveling while they (uscis) processes your removal of conditions. So there's no need to apply for DACA. PLEASE make sure you file the removal of conditions within 90 days before your green card expires. If you dont you will be deport back to your home country. Not even DACA will save you and plus you cant apply for daca anymore since you have legal status.

Uh...just to explain.... interview only applies when USCIS says so for I-751. I assume you have NOT applied for I-751 because you are not within the 90 day timeline. Therefore, when ready seek waiver as some have explained in prior posts.

Just received my interview date from my application for naturalization. It took 9 months from start to the interview date. It was expected to take 18 months. Preparing to study for the interview questions.

Congratulations to those who have adjusted their status !!!! We will defeat Trump.
