I wonder if it will be valid for the same amount of time for everyone applying with an EAD? or if some will get a 2 year one?

Person I know #1: 2014 when EAD expires
Person I know #2: 2018 on DOB.

just came back from dmv showed my work permit card and WA DL
took pic and written test. I pass the test and got an Interim Driver License.
They said i will get the original on the mail in about 2-3 weeks

I just passed my written test 
I went to the Bell Gardens DMV... I had an appointment and was out of there in less than 1 hour...
They called me right away as soon as I got my number...
So I recommend you guys make an appointment first online...
I tried making an appointment for the behind the wheel test but I think the system hasn't updated yet because it doesn't find my CA ID number yet...
I got my test back when I finished it.. There's 36 questions and you can only miss 6... I missed 3.
Good luck guys

DMV reps on the phone can see your ID/DL Number. But the hold time is like 45 minutes from the two times I called.
