It may also be because they did some system maintenance when they approved our cases. One thing I noticed is that our cases were seen to be approved between late afternoon of 9/8 and 9/9. If they did some kind of maintenance during that time, it might've affected the distribution of our data to the processing facilities for our cards. #TRIEDIT

True but our I-765 applications are approved and in card production. I doubt they would be able to initiate card production without NSC sending approval. I guess we just have to wait. There are some people that received their EAD in 20 days from approval so I guess this is the new normal

I think it is hilarious how T1 had implied to me that my I-765 had not been approved and then T2 tells me it is in card production lol mismanagement of resources much?

DUDE YA. Same here lol. T1 did admit that they don't see the most up to date stuff though. I straight up asked T2 after her telling me it hasn't been mailed out, "It is in production though right?!" And she's like yes, they're just experiencing delays.

ALSO, maybe our cards was to start production (hence the info that we've received that they are being produced) but the update comes before data transfer to card processing facilities?

We probably won't get an update our cards are in production. We will probably just get an update when they mail out.

That's what I'm hoping for. I'd be fine just finding it in the mail! I've been checking and praying it's there everyday.

It might if our status continues not to update. Look for username "Fenix" look at his posts and see how he never got an update but eventually got a tracking number from a tier 2 rep. I hope by next week they'll have one if we call back.

Saw his posts. He did get his basic case status changed to card production after 5 days of his approval though. It's okay, ours will come.

Yea, I think that's what's killing me the most- having to constantly tell my employer that it's not here over and over again. I can sense some fatigue from them at this point.

Right now the status says that the package is delayed and an updated delivery date will be provided when available. It then goes on to say that no update has been provided as of 1:11 am this morning.

HAs anyone gotten an i765 separate approval letter? Mine says it was send on the 10th of august but my card was sent on the 28th. Does the approval letter have the expiration date on it?
