Does anyone else have trouble with myaccount site? I've been trying to log in since last night but everytime I log in I'm taken to this page but nowhere on that page can I find Track my case or anything related. All there is are couple of topics that has nothing to do with what I need to find out. I tried to file e-request but it's rejecting it stating I'm inside normal processing time...

Timeline:
Accepted: 5/9
Bio: 6/24
Exp: 9/4

I already received 2 emails from HR... =/

My bad -- I thought the August 10 message was originally put up somewhere else. That's why I thought USCIS took it down.

Question: my CA driver's license expires 05/01/2019. Can I still use it to travel domestically if my EAD lapses? I'm going to Hawaii with my boyfriend in September -- we've booked everything, so there's no backing out. I assume if I bring my license and my passport as a backup, I should be safe. Can anyone confirm?

It should work since they just use it to confirm you are who you say you are. You might want to call the airport and confirm for peace of mind.

Calling LAX seems like the second worst hassle in the world (after calling USCIS).

In the times that I have flown recently, I think the TSA people just look at my license and compare the info to my boarding pass. They didn't slide my ID into some sort of machine or anything.

I feel like I will be ok. I mean, Jose Antonio Vargas flies all the time with just his passport. Thanks!

Check customs and border web page, I had read somewhere that for DACA recipients you need an AP for going to Hawaii...Please make sure before you do that.

That must be wrong, I have been to the US Virgin Islands and Hawaii without advanced parole. You can even go to PR if you pleased with no AP.

This is directly from the US CBP Page

Can Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) individuals travel to U.S. territories (other than American Samoa) without Advance Parole?

Travel to U.S. Territories such as the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico by people who have been granted deferred status by USCIS is similar to travel to any one of the 50 states. However, we strongly recommend that you carry your USCIS documents showing deferred status with you in order to facilitate your ability to return to your residence. Please note that depending on the location of your travels, you may be subject to certain processes, including customs inspections.

Please be aware that for travel to any location other than the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, you must have advance parole from USCIS prior to departure, just as with any other international travel. Additional information may be found on USCIS' web site.

Yes, you shouldn't have any problems... All you need is your drivers license.

I hope you have a great time! Since my travel options are limited, Hawaii is on my list of places to go and have some island time. Enjoy
