My plan is pretty simple and it has a couple steps:

1. Cry
2. Get so drunk that I pass out and forget all about the dream act by the time I wake up.
3. Regain memory
4. Cry
5. Write some very strongly worded letters to the people who voted 'nay'
6. Cry
7. Ask my best guy friend to marry me

Anyone have any ideas about the work experience requirement?
You need 67 points somehow. 4 years of work experience.
Just 1 point? Then when you do get the experience, you woudl be able to file. Any other options like relatives in Canada? How many points did you score in English?

My plan?!

well.... if i find out this year that it will be next year, then i will go back to Scotland and start uni there. I can't wait past september b/c my uni starts then and can't defer my place for a second time. Also, i will cry and whine about it then get on with life b/c after all, the US is great but it isn;t the only country in the world where u can have a good life.

Well, I would love to live in Spain regardless of anything. I see myself blending in with the Spanish so well. However, I hear its hard to get a Spanish visa due to them not wanting any new immigrants or something like that. I don't know a lot about Argentina but it sounds a lot nicer than Mexico. I don't have family or know anyone in either country, so it might be a little hard for me but I have to grow up somehow.
