hey wouldn't walter become ineligible for the dream act because his deportation is just delayed and not removed.

I believe so, last time my family spoke to a lawyer about getting our case started yet again, he said that if we re-did everything we'd be sticking our necks out and running the chance of getting deported and although we would not be deported immediately it would make us ineligible for an amnesty or for the dream act.
