I am! Also, what about Dick Lugar? Anyone have any insight there?

McCain is a lost cause. Cornyn? Are you kidding? He just mentions the "need to fix our system" line every chance he gets because he knows that Latinos are increasingly becoming a powerful constituency in Texas, but when it comes to putting his money where his asshole is, he pussies out.

I think that we should decide between those Republicans Senators who are realistically likely to co-sponsor immigration legislation and target him/her for a whole week.

Here's my top 6

Richard Lugar
Olympia Snowe
Sam Brownback
Lisa Murkowski
George Voinovich
Susan Collins

Also notice how these Senators are either: a) not up for reelection; b)have no serious primary challenger; c) retiring

Add anyone else you think might be game and let's decide on one already and flood his/her phone lines.

Oh and I hesitated about Judd Gregg because while he is retiring, and has voted for CIR in the past, it seems like he has a personal grudge against President Obama. But we could totally include him too.

Oh my God, why do they have to do this?! I was ready to leave yet again and now this new hope?! What is going on? I don't even know if I should be happy or angry, I feel like someone's pulling a different string every couple of months.
