this article does have something to do with the dream act. the hole point of having to amend the defense authorization bill is that it would take time to do, it could probably drag out meaning it will cut off time on others bills to be debated.

i think when it comes to passing the dream act our biggest enemy right now is time. if they take on bush tax breaks and the defense bill first we could probably run out of time before the dream act is acted upon.
